Ana joined the firm in 2014. Ana is the legal assistant helping the attorneys with clients who are currently detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Ana is in constant communication with deportation officers and the immigration court to ensure that our clients are released in the quickest way possible.
Ana is a wonderful multi-tasker and is on top of our most time sensitive cases. Ana hails from Southern California. She graduated from Holtville High School and attended the Imperial Valley College. She loves spending quality time with her husband and three rambunctious boys.
Diana joined our office in 2006. She is in charge of the day-to-day operations in McAllen. Diana focuses on family-based cases, waivers, non-detained removal cases, and work permits. Diana moved to the United States at a young age and grew up as a migrant working toiling the fields in Washington State, Maine, and South Texas.
As a result of the hard work she learned as a child, she now faces all problems head-on. Diana has mastered the ins and outs of the immigration process and is extremely helpful to our clients.
Evangelina joined our office in 2009. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History and a Master of Legal Studies degree from Texas State University. Evangelina is in charge of the operations of at all of our offices. This includes making the attorneys lives as stress-free (or stressful) as possible. Evangelina also previously worked at a non-profit where she honed her skills on the intricacies of preparing U-Visa applications. Although Evangelina grew up in Dallas she quickly headed to the Hill Country after high school. She enjoys sports, especially baseball, and the mild weather in Austin.
